Q. Do I have to give you money before you shop for me?
- That will vary with the services
requested. For regular services, we
can set up a monthly payment plan. Emergencies can be
negotiated on a case by case basis.
Q. Do I have to be home when you drop off/pick up?
- Again, this will vary with the situation,
but generally no. As long as all the details have been
arranged by email or telephone, we might see each other
infrequently.
Q. Can you return items to retail stores for me without my
credit card?
- That will depend on the store policy. We will be happy to call the store for you and explain the
situation, or wait in line so you don't have to!
Q. What if I have an errand that's not listed?
- Please ask! This service exists to make
your life easier, so let me know what we can do for you.
